Placing orders and their processing

• Ordres can be placed 24 hours a day the whole year.
• Orders can be placed by Internet, sending the order form which is in the website

In order to place an order correctly you should give:

• first name and surname
  
• exact address
  
• the color and type of cosmetic
  
• e-mail address in order to confirm the placed order

2. The company reserves the right to refuse to send the products in case the data is wrong or questionable.

3. The parcels are sent every day. The time of delivery usually takes about 2-5 working days.

PAYMENT

4. The payment for the products can be made:

• by money transfer
• by credit card

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

8. At the collection of the parcel it is recommended to check if it is not damaged. If it is damaged, you shouldn’t accept it. In this case you should inform the courrier about it and then contact us. Right after we receive the damaged parcel, the new one is sent to you.

9. Each person has the right to get a refund during 14 days from the collection of it. You do not need to give the reason. The refund will be accepted only in case when the product has not been used and there are no marks that somebody has tried to open it.

DATA PROTECTION

10. According to the data protection and privacy law, the company Salmax s.c is obliged to protect all the data. The data is accumulated only to make orders and it is not passed on to the others. The customer has a right to inspect it or to correct it as well as to demand its cancellation.
